Last Updated: August 5, 2026 | Effective Date: August 5, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually as a trainee, parent/guardian, candidate, or website user) and Jamshedpur Heavy Equipment's Solution ("JHES"), an Authorised Training Center under Gramin Shiksha Pvt. Ltd. (TP001238), Partner of NSDC under Skill India, operating under License No. MAN912011996271.

By registering for any training course, making fee payments, accessing our machine yard, or using this website, you explicitly agree to abide by all the policies, rules, and regulations set forth herein.

2. Admission Criteria & Document Submission

  • Age Requirement: Candidates applying for heavy machinery operator courses (Crane, Excavator, Backhoe Loader, Forklift) must be at least 18 years of age at the time of commencement.
  • Medical Fitness: Heavy machinery operations require physical fitness, good eyesight, color vision, and normal hearing reflexes. Trainees must declare any pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations prior to admission.
  • Document Verification: Trainees must submit authentic identity proofs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport), academic certificates (minimum 8th/10th pass depending on program), and recent passport photographs during enrollment. Any fraudulent documents will result in immediate disqualification without fee refund.

3. Machine Yard Safety & Code of Discipline

Operating heavy industrial machinery carries inherent operational risks. JHES maintains a strict Zero-Harm policy in our practical training yards:

  • Mandatory PPE: Trainees must wear prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Helmet, High-Visibility Vest, and Steel-Toe Safety Boots) at all times inside the practical yard. No trainee is permitted in the yard without safety gear.
  • Instructor Supervision: No machine engine may be started, boom extended, or hydraulic control engaged without direct presence and approval of the designated instructor. Unauthorized machine operation is strictly prohibited.
  • Substance Abuse: Possession or consumption of alcohol, narcotics, smoking, or intoxicating substances inside the institute, hostel, or machine yard is strictly prohibited and warrants immediate expulsion and police reporting.
  • Equipment Care: Trainees must follow pre-operational inspection protocols (engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, brake pressure checks) as instructed. Willful damage or gross negligence toward machinery will incur financial liability.

4. Certification & Examination Guidelines

  • Attendance & Competence: Trainees must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in theory sessions and mandatory practical yard hours to qualify for the final assessment and trade test.
  • Issuance of Credentials: Government-accredited NSDC, Skill India, GSDM, and ISO certificates are awarded exclusively upon successful clearance of practical trade evaluations and theory assessments.
  • Certificate Authenticity & QR Verification: All official certificates bear a unique registration number and security QR code verifiable online at jhes.in/certificate. Tampering or reproducing unauthorized duplicates is a punishable offense under Indian cyber and criminal law.

5. Hostel Accommodation & Campus Regulations

  • Free hostel accommodation provided with operator training courses includes bed, electricity, water, and security for the standard duration of the enrolled course.
  • Hostel residents must observe designated curfews, maintain hygiene, and treat fellow trainees from all states with mutual respect. Outside visitors are strictly prohibited in residential quarters.

6. Fee Schedules & Refund Policy

  • All course fee structures are transparently published and communicated at the time of enquiry and enrollment.
  • Seat reservation registration fees and admission deposits are non-refundable once batch slots and machine yard hours have been allocated.
  • In the event of voluntary withdrawal or expulsion due to disciplinary breach, fees paid shall not be refunded.
